Len Renault is the best!!! This is the third property Len has handled for us! He was very knowledgeable with property prices in the area our properties were in! He handled every request or issue that came up! Almost every time an issue arose he had it handled before he contacted us and issues that needed our decision he was in contact with us almost before he hung up from the other agent! We have had heard so many friends that had used someone else and the nightmares they went through were unbelievable, He will be our agent on any future project we have in the future! He’s always been available when we needed him and he will be there for you too!,,

I highly highly recommend Len I met Len( never in person) when I moved to another state and decided to rent my home. He did a fantastic job managing my property. When I decided to sell my FL home Len was able to transition from renting to selling in a couple of days and made the sale of my home a great experience. Talk About Persistence 6 years ago I contacted Len to list and sell my Ocean front condo at The Towers at Ponce Inlet. For 3 years he tried his best but we were unable to secure the offer I required to sell. We decided to let it rest for a while, then I received a call from Len telling me now was a good time to relist and give it another shot. Within 2 months after several open houses we got the offer I could live with and sold the condo. Len is a REALTOR who never gives up, and goes above and beyond the duties of a Real Estate agent. “We feel that Len is very knowledgeable about the area and the sales market. He is professional in all respects. Len patiently worked with us when the sales market was down and we continued to work with him when the sales market recovered. He promptly arranged for a photographer to take photos for our listing. As to his communication skills, we were always advised of showing dates, times, offers and negotiations with buyer. Closing was swift and expertly handled with two weeks between agreement of sale signing and closing date. We will only work with Len in our real estate transactions in the area. We are pleased with all aspects handled by Len in this transaction.”

we met len by chance as walk ins to hisoffice in ponce inlet. we were looking for a condo to buy after moving back to land livingafter 12 months living on our boat, because a stroke caused a change in my immediate cruising afloat live aboard plans. we first looked at somne properties with another realtor that came with the first place we were interested in, but we later realized thatluck had not made a good choice for us so when it came time to switch we picked on Len because we had met him as walk ins earlier. This time we lucked out well because Len is the REAL DEAL, very professional, very knowledgeable and represented OUR interests first we felt. Anyway once Len was on our case we quickly found our ideal home, no more messing about, we got to see places on OUR timescale not just if it suited a realtor's other plans like going fishing or having company down for the weekend etc... An honest endorsement of Len is simple. You meet him once and you will endorse him too! It has been said "The shortest distance between two points is a straight line" Problem - Solution. I live in Michigan but owned a condo in Ponce Inlet, FL. Len was my neighbor before he became my REALTOR. The minute my contract expired with my old REALTOR, and I went with Len I knew it was the best decision. He has been great to work with. Very understanding and so helpful.
